While it's been a while between Dev Notes, it's more because the team has been working hard then the lack of new commits! @eKoeS has taken some time out of his schedule to write the third installment of the Symphony 2.3 Dev Notes which are now available on the Symphony Github Wiki.
These notes describe the introduction of localisation namespaces to help translators more accurately translate the backend of Symphony.
