Closed#162: Apostrophe in last name seems to throw off admin login

From the forum (http://www.getsymphony.com/community/discussions/31633/):

Not to worry … got it working. Issue was the apostrophe in my last name. When I changed it on the personal details section of the setup form to not have an apostrophe it worked as it should. This was common five or more years ago … very rare to come across it now days as most sites handle it apostrophes in databases correctly. Unless of course you’re deliberately discriminating against the Scots and Irish? :-)

Damien O’Rourke

I think this is actually a problem with the installer. When I tried to create the admin user during installation, the apostrophe was likely breaking the SQL.

This issue is closed.
