Confirmed#135: Favorite Button or Similar in Extensions

Suggestion feature to Explore Extensions. Maybe can have a Favorite button or some thing similar to we collect and follow the extension that we use many times or think cool.

We can see too the Extensions that other people liked or use, etc.
