How can I config the .htaccess for multi website?

I made a few bluehost website, website directory similar to the following /publichtml/ /publichtml/abc.com /publichtml/def.com /publichtml/ghi.com /public_html/.htaccess
And I changed this .htaccess https://github.com/symphonycms/symphony-2/blob/master/install/includes/htaccess.txt modified 'RewriteBase /' to '/abc.com',but when I visit abc.com, it notice 500 error.
so,how can i config the .htaccess, I really need help right now.
