I am upgrading a 2.2.5 site to 2.3 which uses TinyMCE. The extension by itself works great, but seems to be conflicting with Subsection manager as noted here.

I've tried to look into what's going on, but I can't quite seem to pin it down. Is it related to the fact that they both use inline frames?

I'm having problems with accentuated characters (brazilian portuguese), they are transformed into: é for example. i'm using Symphony 2.3
