Symphony.

I am increasingly looking for ways to showcase the benefits of Symphony as a bespoke CMS for my clients. What I want to demonstrate is:

• the ease of use of the CMS as the client will see it (preferably including the subsection manager)
• the control of data that the developer can implement when building the site (e.g. validation, use of different field types)
• the flexibility to adapt it to virtually any businesses website requirements (i.e. the ability to create custom data sets)

I’d like to give these people the chance to have a play with a real site but don’t have the time to build a demo.

Can anyone recommend one or two nice ensembles which I could build on my server and give logins to my clients to explore?

Does anyone know of any Symphony demos available elsewhere online?
