Deactivate an extension in case of fatal error

bring about unexpected "Fatal Error"
If the error is entirely fatal, then there is no way of recovering from it.

As much as we love cutting edge feature in extensions that may bring about unexpected "Fatal Error". I believe there is no easy way to deactivate in a click, rather, its quite troublesome for developers to remove the extension name manually in PHPAdmin.
Should this be implement in Symphony core which allow us to "Deactivate" error extension after log in to Symphony account?
