Where should extensions log errors and such?

/manifest/logs/main
/manifest/logs/extensions
/manifest/logs/extension_name

I'm not aware of what extensions, if any, log errors, but I was wondering what peoples thoughts were in terms of coming up with best practice.

As far as I'm concerned all logs should go to the manifest logs folder. I recently committed a change for the installer to do this.

As the logs are main for Symphony, and install for the installer, I reckon if an extension wants to log separately, it should be extension_name.
