Set a domain name and users will be redirected to this domain all the time

Real simple extension to Symphony CMS for SEO purpose.
- Just unzip and put in extension dir
- Name the folder "forcedomainname"
- Enable just like any other ext
- Go into the settings to set the domain name you wanna use
