2.0.6 Select Box Link "enabled" for new installs

Problem:

Table exist for SBL but Extension appears as disabled. If you ‘enable’ the field, it’ll throw an error.

Solution:

Store all core fields in /install.sql. Store all other fields in /workspace/install.sql.
Make SBL more tolerant during install process.

fixed. Went with the “Make SBL more tolerant during install process.” solution.
