Symphony.

Hello,

I can't change the time & date formatting in my symphony 2.3.4 site.

Whenever I do...

###### REGION ######
'region' => array(
    'time_format' => 'G:i',
    'date_format' => 'd.m.Y',
    'datetime_separator' => ' ',
    'timezone' => 'Europe/Berlin',
),
########

...all the date fields in my backend turn blank.

Since I am on a shared host, I suppose this is a file permissions issue?

I have followed the installation tutorial very carefully, though, and set all the necessary permissions.

I'm running fine with:

are logentries written, or something like that?
