Hello

I am getting this error: Call to a member function getFieldHandle() on a non-object member.symphony.php on line 166 which is this bit of code:

if(isset($credentials[$this->section->getFieldHandle('identity')])) { $username = $credentials[$this->section->getFieldHandle('identity')]; }

Symphony version is 2.3.5

Just wondered if there are any known issues with this or if anyone has an idea of what is wrong.

Thanks

Could you give any more context on when this error occurs?

It happened when I attempted a login. I have now installed v1.2 instead and that seems to work fine. Thanks for your interest.

Did you set your Member Section in the preferences page? It shouldn't be required if you're just using one section, but it might help!

Same problem. Any ideas?

@brendo You were absolutely right. It was Members section unset in the preferences page.
