I was trying to use order entries without luck; then i removed it, and i notice that the default sorting arrows won't work either.

Hi, I had similar problem in version 2.3.6. Altering the folder permissions of the 'manifest' folder worked for me. Might be worth a try?

haha, you're right! faulty chmod was the problem :)
