Extensions : Unable to Install

Resolved.
Was a bit of a UI issue. I was expecting to see a checkbox input to select the extension - didn't realize that you simply needed to click in the whitespace on the row.

Hi group - pls see attached screenshot.
I've downloaded and unpacked 2 extensions, but the GUI shows them as "grey out" so I cannot enable them.
What am I missing ?
