Hello, I was wondering if anybody could help,

I'm currently bringing in a Wordpress feed via creating a Dynamic XML data source, this aspect is working great however I would like entries to list but when clicked go into a single view.

Using a data source and sections in Symphony this wouldn't be a problem as I would just filter on the title/@handle and match against a URL param to grab my single entry however the Wordpress feed is not giving me URL friendly titles or any unique node like an ID or something.

So my question is.. is there way to add a node to the output that I can use to filter?

Any help would be great.

Hi Dave, it's certainly possible, if you're happy to fiddle with the Remote Datasource itself, you can parse the output with php and append a new node with the data you require.

That would mean you'd disable editing the event from the frontend but I doubt it would be a big issue. Also how familiar are you with PHP as you might need to do some processing to put the correct value for what you want.
