The remote datasource extension provides this now. See here: http://symphonyextensions.com/extensions/remote_datasource/

Dynamic XML datasources were removed from Symphony version 2.5 onwards (I think). How can I get them in 2.6?
I've never used them before, but now I would like to include a RSS feed into my XML and I guess this is the way.
Please could you give me a hint?
