If you select your Members section as your datasource source section, you should be able to select role in the XML output.

Edit: actually, I guess you mean getting a list of all member roles. I suppose you could create a datasource like I described above and then group by role, which I think should work as long as every role was assigned to a member at least once. In the past, I've created an extra roles section with just a text field, with entries that mirror the actual Members roles.

Yes David, i need get a list of all member roles. The admin may create new members roles.

I will try create an extension for get this members roles with SymQL.
