Hi,

I've created a web sandbox for developers to experiment with XSLT, or debug small stylesheets. It's called XSL Tea.

It offers basic support for utilities, offering some out of the box (currently just one), but you can also use your own by dragging XSL files into the editor. It'll add the <xsl:import> automatically.

It's open source and running on GitHub Pages and Heroku, so you can run your own instances if you like. Here's the source for the API layer and for the client layer.

This was put together in an afternoon, so it's likely to have a few glitches. Feel free to file an issue if you find one, or send a PR if you want to improve the platform or add any server-side utilities.

Server Requirements

  • PHP 5.3-5.6 or 7.0-7.3
  • PHP's LibXML module, with the XSLT extension enabled (--with-xsl)
  • MySQL 5.5 or above
  • An Apache or Litespeed webserver
  • Apache's mod_rewrite module or equivalent
