Our client is hosting Symphony site on a Windows Server (specs below), and they're running into an error when trying to access a specific area of the backend. I'm trying to gather more information from them, but in the meantime, I wanted to see if this rings a bell:

mysqlquery(): Unable to save result set An error occurred in F:symphonylibtoolkitclass.mysql.php around line 458 453:
$query
hash = md5($query.microtime()); 454:
self::$log['query'][$queryhash] = array('query' => $query, 'start' => precisiontimer()); 455: 456:
$this->flush(); 457:
$this->
lastQuery = $query; 458:
$this->result = mysqlquery($query, MySQL::$connection['id']); 459: 460: self::$querycount++; 461: 462:
if(mysql
error()){

Additionally, I ran across this error on another backend page:

The Symphony configuration file, /manifest/config.php, is not writable. You will not be able to save changes to preferences.

Otherwise, the site works fine.

At this point, I know that they're running PHP 5.3.28, Microsoft-IIS/7.0 on Windows Server 2008.

Any thoughts?
