Can't create sections in fresh install (rev5)

Thats very strange. Sections are created in the Database, so that shouldn't be the problem. I could take a look for you. Send me temporary FTP and Symphony Admin details team[at]symphony21[dot]com

Just installed S2 rev5 for the first time and it looks wonderful!
Made a fresh install without the workspace directory after having tried out the default installation.
The first thing I tried to do was to create a section but I only get an error message:
The odd thing is that I don't get an error message in the form itself.
Am I doing something wrong or is there something odd going on? What could cause this behavior?
EDIT: I can't create another section in the default install either, something with permissions?
