Seems to be one thing after another for me :)…

I am missing the top of the debug interface panel - the one that’s supposed to contain the ” //* “

I have both devkits enabled, I’m using the 2.0.6 version of symphony… what gives?

What version of Debug Devkit are you using?

If you are infact using the latest version (1.0.5), ensure that your permissions are set correctly for the /extensions folder.

1.0.3, which came with the Symphony download. I’ve looked for the Debug Dev Kit in the Extensions section but it doesn’t seem to be there.

AFAIK only 1.0.5 introduced the XPath matching capabilities?

If it’s not in the Extensions listing, check your permissions of the extensions folder.

Can you confirm that the debugdevkit folder is in the extensions directory?

Have you tried updating the extension with git?

git submodule update --init

or

cd extensions/debugdevkit/
git pull origin master

to retrieve the 1.0.5 version.

I downloaded .05 from Git and opened up my permissions to 755 and still no dice… why me? 8)

I should note that I’m pathetically new to CMS development.

Try 777?

Okay… this is 12 kinds of crazy. But I thought I’d try it again this morning for giggles and by some kind of magic it was there…

Debug Fairies must have fixed it after I went to be last night. Shanagins.

In that case it might of been your browser cache :)
