Hello, someone has identified an error when trying to send the character “<” by Email Template Filter? If so, how can I fix it? I’m using Symphony 2.0.6 and Email Template Filter 1.0.13.

Thank you for your attention.

Email Template filter uses Symphony pages (XSLT) in which a < is an invalid character. They need to be written as < to be valid XML.

Is this character in your content (i.e. a field in the section into which you are saving) or hard-coded in the XSLT of the page which you use to build the email?

I’m sorry, I forgot to mention one important fact: I’m using it with Ajax, the values are sent via javascript.

But thank nickdunn, cleared my mind, just use a replace function in JS.

Thanks!!
