I’ve searched down the forum but I can’t find this issue: When I have English as the system language selected (in preferences), a JavaScript error occurs causing no JavaScript to load on my admin pages whatsoever. I could select another language (only occurs with English) but I’d like English :) Has anyone encounterd this and does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks! Image attached…

Are you using the patched version of Symphony? There were some JavaScript related issues in the previous release of version 2.0.7.

I think I encountered the same error. I have filed and bug report and a fix: http://getsymphony.com/discuss/issues/view/313/

The fix worked for me atleast, but it appears to depend on which extensions you have installed.

Are you sure you’re running the patched Symphony version?

Sorry, found the latest version on the blog. It seems someone else found this issue before and already fixed it (more elegantly too).
