Symphony.

i have a probs in installing a php with apache.. it show a 403 forbidden error. cant access the permission . pls help ,me out . i m a new to php

1. Are you just starting installing Symphony or have you already installed it?
2. What is the URL that gives you the 403?
3. Can you tell us about the files that are on your web server at the location you’re trying to install?
