I think you’re looking for something like the Meta Keys field.

Hello! Could you tell me please, it is possible to implement the functionality in the Symphony-CMS the same as in the EE+Matrix extension (_://pixelandtonic.com/matrix)? I am interested in the possibility of adding an unlimited number of custom fields within one entry. Thank you.
