Very cool!
A suggestion would be to make it so every column and every entry show if the fields are left blank.

When I try to add a panel in S2.2.1 I get:
Missing argument 1 for SectionManager::__construct(), called in [...]/public_html/extensions/sections_panel/extension.driver.php on line 197 and defined An error occurred in [...]/public_html/symphony/lib/toolkit/class.sectionmanager.php around line 34

Make sure you've got the latest code. v0.1 linked to from the download page doesn't have the latest changes in it.
