Hi, I've been trying to install symphony on windows XP, Apache 2.2, with mod_rewrite enabled.

When I run the install.php script from the symphony package, I get the install page, I fill it out and it all seems to work fine but I get re-directed to the symphony folder it creates except no PHP files are generated in this folder.

My .htaccees files looks like the following:

Symphony comes packaged with files already in the symphony/ directory; nothing is generated there.

If you visit http://example.com/symphony and you're not redirected to the admin interface, it's because your server's not rewriting properly.

Thanks czheng, I looked back at my httpd.conf settings and I forgot to set AllowOverride to All... cleared all of the symphony files out of Apache, restarted the server and did another install and the admin login screen appeared.
