This is a quick extension I threw together to detect mobile device types. Just upload and enable the extension, Attache the "Browser Detection" datasource to a page. If the user is viewing the website on a mobile device the following xml will be outputted <mobile-device<type>iPhone<type /></mobile-device>

Supported Devices: - iPhone - iPod - Windows CE - SonyEricsson - Smartphone - BlackBerry

skyler, just downloaded your extension, but I would suggest you might want to rename the extension "mobilebrowserdetection" instead of just "browserdetection". This way there won't be any confusion if someone else does just a standard browser detection extension.
