Couple things:

1. The naming convention for translation extensions on the site is: Language: Spanish (Latinoamerica) (see here)

2. You might consider putting this extension on Github in case others want to help out. In that case, the naming convention for repos is lang_spanish.

Is there a reason why you call this translation inofficial?
