I installed Symphony at http://www.ebrandell.com/cms When I try to login or view any page other than the homepage, it tells me it doesn't exist. Everything has the correct permissions. When I first installed at the top it says it's installing to:

/home/content/e/b/r/ebrandell/html/cms

I think this maybe the problem. I think it has something to do with the way godaddy is set up. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

GoDaddy may not allow .htaccess overrides. Did the installer create a .htaccess file at all?

Yes. See attachement

Has something changed? I'm able to view pages OK, indicating .htaccess is now working.

e.g. http://ebrandell.com/cms/articles/a-primer-to-symphony-2s-default-theme/

Ok so now it works.Thanks.

Hey guys, the solution to all your worries are here:

Follow the instructions the site provides, just, in the index.php page add the follow code right below the php tags...

iniset('displayerrors', 0);

This works if you get a warning after you install symphony and as you login... (the cause being godaddy runs php 5.0 and throws a warning for some header function. )
