Symphony.

A new XSLT utility, "Decimal to Fraction" is now available for download. Comments and feedback can be left here but if you discover any issues, please post it on the issue tracker.

This is my first contribution to the Symphony community. I have been here so long and used Symphony for countless projects. It's time to give something back.

I discussed a solution for this a while back, and nickdunn suggested making it public. It never went into production version of my project and it's been laying around there for a while. So here it is... It seems to be working fine, but I am no nuclear scientist. It may break if you throw some freaky stuff at it. Let me know...

I have some other cool stuff in my treasure cove as well... Looking forward to sharing it as well...
