Character encoding problem

It was necessarily to convert database to utf8, then tables, and then even some fields.. Ohh, so much work - but it's finally working as it should. :) Thanks.

Before Symphony is installed, make sure when you create your database in utf8 then all tables created by Symphony thereafter will honour that encoding.

In Symphony 2.0.2 - after saving a post - letter "č" become "?" (it actually saves in database as -?-)
--- In Symphony 1.7 things were alright - so what happened in 2.0 ? .. what can i do to fix that? I try to install it in -compatibility mode- -- but that didn't help. :(
Any suggestion?
