I am using ENM 3.2.1 and ETM 7.1.1.

Looking at the errors, do you have any idea where I should start investigating? Thanks

Could you try with a different Symphony setup, v2.6.7? Maybe locally?

I tried fresh install on the same server and eventually narrowed it down to the Publish Tabs extension which was causing a conflict.
