Newbie help. Can't view site with "www"

Sounds like a DNS issue. You need check with your DNS provider to see how to set up your DNS to point not only to eugenecounseling.net but to www.eugenecounseling.net.

I've moved my site from one host to another and made a mirror image website of my old site, just with a new name.
Problem is I can't view my new site www.eugenecounseling.net unless I leave out the www and just type eugenecounseling.net. When I type the full URL I get a 404 error.
Any ideas?
