Have you made sure that the folder name of your extension is correct?
Which extension are you trying to install and how is your folder named?

multilingualentryurl-1.5
edit_plus-master

Most likely you have copied this from the zip folders. Git usually includes the tag names at the end so they won't work as is.
rename them to: multilingualentryurl and edit_plus respectively.

Why when you add new extensions to the System-Extension does not appear, though, lie in the folder Extension?
