I have employed Symphony at a number of hosts now, this is one of the worst. Their web interface (KIS) is outdated and modeled around the company's requirements rather than the user's needs. It took me hours to get even the simplest things done. The support staff is not helpful at all. Definitely not recommended!

Exactly the opposite is true:

• The web interface is fast and everthing is there.
• It runs without problems and without a long search.
• The support helps quickly and even on a Sunday morning, 4 o'clock.
