Working fine this end also. We’re using a video host. I might check with them to see if they’re having problems in some regions.

It’s strange. Johanna and I are using the same internet connection - it’s working on her computer but not on mine. Same browser (Safari), different operating system (Leopard vs. Snow Leopard). But I use LittleSnitch and Click to Flash - both disabled and still having problems.
I’ll investigate. Or I switch over to Johanna’s computer to watch the videos.

Just as an update: I’m still not able to see the videos using Safari, Firefox or Opera on Mac OS X Snow Leopard. It’s working on a Windows install using Parallels though. I don’t really understand the reasons behind this problem but I finally managed to watch the videos …

I’m going to close this issue for the time being since it seems like an isolated incident. It’s possible the problem lies with vzaar, our video streaming provider. We’ll look at it in more depth if the issue crops up again for other users.

Video streaming in http://www.getsymphony.com/explore/testimonials/ does not seem to work. I only see a turning wheel.
