Further more after submitting i get: The entry you are looking for could not be found.

It doesn’t appear to be creating an entry. this is a strange bug because i was editing an existing entry and after i saved, it disappeared and i haven’t been able to create a new page since.

The entry ID is in the database for example:

sym_entries id = 2758

however symphony/publish/pages/edit/2758/ = The entry you are looking for could not be found.

I’ve come across this before: Issue 6. I think it’s a problem whereby you create a new entry but the value you are sorting the parent Index table by is not filled out in your entry.

Possible fix?

This entry worked before, but broke when editing and thusly trying to create it.

The link you posted does seem to make sense but i need to know how to proceed.

Ah got it. Resort the first column before creating new entry. Bizarre!!

Sorry, should have said. Resorting fixes. Or appending ?unsort to the URL, which sorts by the default System ID order.

Thank you for the quick response w/ fix.
