First, I would like to start off by thanking all the developers for all of their hard work. Secondly, I must admit I joined the symphony community around the time that symphony 2 was first publicly announced to be put into development, with the referral from thebignoob.com. I've been a forum troller ever since reading through each thread trying to grasp how incredibly awesome symphony really is. I'm still in the early stages of learning about symphony and it's xslt ways, but am excited to partake in this journey.

Now on to my main question, is there going to be xml-rpc support in symphony, if there isn't would there be a possibility of making an extension for it.

Thanks

There was for 1.7 by way of a Campfire service, however it was clunky and didn't really work to well. Symphony 2 has a much cleaner code base, so I would imagine recreating what existed for 1.7 will be much easier. So to answer your question, no it won't be part of the core however it should be possible with an Extension.

Thanks Alistair
