That's weird... What version of Opera are you using?
What should i do to get correct displaying of "?debug" page?
Use Firefox or Chrome until somebody finds the time to try to recreate the issue.

It's a site issue. It will be taken care of. You can edit your comment and reattach the image.
By the way, I recommend you switch to Symphony 2.2 if you can. It introduces some modifications and some (important) extensions will not work in 2.1.2.
