if <events> in .xsl replaces flash messages, how do I make a custom <events> output?

Something like this.
As a side note, you should stop using $this->_Parent in favour of Symphony::Engine().

Hey Symphony goats, I've customized an event (_trigger) to delete an entry if the passphrase matches, this works fine but now I want to notify my users that 'A user has been deleted'.
Problem is, I usually make messages switching around the values of the in the .xsl, but now that the custom even isn't saving any data, the node is empty.
So, How do you do custom flash messages to the front end?
