Hoping other people have experienced this workflow requirement. We are coming to the end of an event booking site which uses the lovely new members extension. This system is replacing a very old system that has lots of active users, the old system does not store passwords securely or enforce any password strength.

We are hoping to add an old member flag and then force these users to create a new password. We are keen not to have to add any custom code to the members extension though to not risk future problems with updates etc…

Has anyone else dealt with this type of situation, what advice would you offer?
