I'm trying to implement something with a dynamic xml. First I need to get id's from a dynamic data sources. Then I have to load, for each of these id's, a new dynamic data sources to get my data. How can I built something like this with Symphony?

This has popped up a few times, see Calling multiple Data Source instances on one page. Nils' idea of using document() directly in XSLT is a good one, although you won't be able to take advantage of caching.

  • PHP 5.3-5.6 or 7.0-7.3
  • PHP's LibXML module, with the XSLT extension enabled (--with-xsl)
  • MySQL 5.5 or above
  • An Apache or Litespeed webserver
  • Apache's mod_rewrite module or equivalent
