Updated formatting and syntax

Im having trouble with this utility using the example I get the following error:

Error: format parameter is not correctly set. You have: 19. at #h;:#0Nov; #NaN:pms; - Error: format parameter is not correctly set. You have: 19. at #h;:#0Jul; #NaN:pms;

I am assuming I have the wrong format-date template. What one am I suppose to be using? I have tried both of these and I get similar errors and

Have a look at the datetime and timeranges templates in our XSLT kit:

Both are updated versions of the template bundled with Date and Time.

Thanks Nils it works perfectly, after i added the new date and time datasource so I could get the month spelled out.
