For PHP Version 5.4.7

This has been fixed in the latest version of Symphony which is currently in RC status.

@mmcglynn, note that 2.3.1 is now the latest current release so you don't have to use the RC.

Nutz, I just installed it. That's fine, it's just on Xampp, getting my feet wet. It works, though I had to copy the extensions from the release version.
