Symphony.

I am looking to use Symphony as a backend to a learning management system, I wish to upload video tutorials and allow users to sign up (pay) and watch the courses.

Does anyone have any suggestions or examples of similar implementations and mine? Ideally i am looking for an off the shelf theme that I can buy and customise to get going.

Its unlikely that you would find many off the shelf themes running around.

I did work on a similar project so it would definitely be possible, however most likely you would need a developer to take care of coming up with the right structure for your site suited directly to your needs.
