Symphony.

I've developed an alpha quality extension, Blueprint Settings, in order to make it easier to create Blueprint configuration pages for extensions. I broke it out from a datasource extension that I've been developing because it seemed like it might be generally applicable.

That said, I'm rather convinced that it is not yet generally applicable because I haven't explored extensions sufficiently.

Due to some more urgent priorities, I need to take a break from Symphony for a while, so I wanted to get it out there in as-is condition, just in case anyone can use it or wants to contribute. I'll be happy to discuss it, or consider suggested improvements (in English) or pull requests.

Unfortunately, time ran out (for now) before I could put much documentation/comments into the code. Sorry about that. I do intend to complete a good release of this when time permits.
