Fixed in 1.0.4.
This issue is closed.
Due to the email templates extensions setting the content type to text/plain this causes the fake redirection page to display as text.
This can be fixed by adding:
header(‘content-type: text/html’);
before print $output; on line 432 of extension.driver.php
