Hey nick,

I just played around with your extension which does a great job.

But the link to the symphony changes is wrong/outdated in the github readme and in the symphony extensions library.

The old link/commit: http://github.com/nickdunn/symphony-2/commit/95c006206542076f9f483c53b7a1a327ef314eac

Should be this: http://github.com/nickdunn/symphony-2/commit/b56efe4f84e88576af3db14cc6767781b95aba31
