Closed#1: Disabled extensions do not fade.

When an extension is disabled it will not fade back to grey, but rather stays black. Note the Profiler extension in the screenshot.

Symphony 2.1.2 with Better Forms 1.1.0 Beta.

That's not a BetterForms issue. If I recall correctly, only uninstalled extension are greyed out, while disabled ones stay black.
